How to Configure Domain Email in Gmail?
Step 1: Login into your Gmail account.

Step 3: Navigate to ‘Accounts and Import’ and click ‘Add another email address‘ under the section ‘Send Mail as‘.
Step 4: In the popup window, enter your name to display and your domain email address in webmail. Click ‘Next Step‘.
Step 5: To fill in the SMTP server email credentials, Log into the cPanel with your existing hosting service and navigate to the email section. Now click the email accounts.
Step 6: Click the ‘Connect Device‘ button to view the email configuration setting for the domain mail address that wish to add to Gmail.
Step 7: In this Mail Client Manual Settings, copy the details under ‘Secure SSL/TLS Settings‘ for ‘Outgoing Server‘. If you haven’t installed SSL for the website, then go with the ‘Non-SSL Settings’ configuration details.
If you are using our Email Hosting Service separately, then you should update or configure the SMTP incoming and outgoing details as below:
Incoming Server: mail.hostedemail.com
Outgoing Server: mail.hostedemail.com
SMTP Port: SSL (465), TLS (587), NoSSL(25)
IMAP Port: 993(SSL), 143(no-SSL)
POP3 Port: 995(SSL), 110(no-SSL)
Step 8: Copy your outgoing server details and paste them into your mail setting in the respective field as below. Click ‘Add Account‘.
Username: Enter domain mail address.
Password: Enter the password for the domain mail address.
Once done, you will get a confirmation email to verify the account.
Step 9: Log in to the webmail account from cpanel. Click the confirmation link received in the mail and click on ‘Confirm‘.
Once done you will see the message as confirmation of Success! Now your domain email address is successfully added to your Gmail account.
Step 10: Go back to Gmail settings and navigate to ‘’account and import”. You can see your domain mail address under the Send Mail as Section.
You have Connect Webmail to Gmail and can start sending emails using a webmail account added to Gmail.
How to Set Default Email Address in Gmail?
Step 1: Under the Account and Import option, click on Make default option to make your webmail account as default mail while sending to mail.
Step 2: Click ‘Edit Info‘ if you want to change the SMPT setting for the webmail account.
Step 3: To remove the account, click ‘Delete’.
How to Setup POP3 Email on Gmail?
Step 1: Log into Gmail -> Settings -> See all settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Accounts and Import section and click “Add an email account” under the option ‘Check email from other accounts’.
Step 3: In the popup window, Enter the domain mail address used for configuring SMTP setup and click ‘next‘.
Step 4: Select “Import emails from my other account (POP3)” and click ‘Next‘.
Step 5: In the next popup window, enter the Email account login details and choose port “995” for ssl. If you have not installed SSL for the website, then choose “110”.

Here, click the checkboxes “Leave a copy of retrieved messages on the server” and “Always use a Secure Connection”. This ensures that incoming emails remain accessible on your hosting webmail account after Connect Webmail to Gmail.
Setup Additional Options:
It is up to you to choose the label of the incoming messages and archive the incoming messages options, Once done, Click “Add Account“.
