Are you tired of login webmail each time for sending and receiving emails? Looking for a way to connect webmail to Gmail and access from a single mail service?

We figured out the way through which you can able to use the Gmail interface as the primary portal to send and receive emails with the Roundcube webmail account without the need to access Roundcube separately. You just need to set up your domain’s email address as a POP3 and SMTP account in your Gmail account to act as an email client.

In this article, we will help you configure Roundcube Webmail to Gmail account step by step.

CONNECT WEBMAIL TO GMAIL

Prerequisites:

1. Either use your existing Shared Hosting plan or purchase an Email hosting plan with us.

2. Create and configure Domain Email Account in your Hosting or domain DNS management.

3. Install SSL for the website.

4. Have active Gmail account.

What is the Advantage of using Webmail?

With webmail, you do not need software or a single device to log in to an email account to send and receive emails. Webmail’s primary function is a web-based email interface so you can log in to the webmail account from any device all the time.

It also gives you an additional cushion of configuration and access from any email services. You can Connect Webmail to Gmail to manage them directly within Gmail. It allows you to send and receive emails without switching between multiple mail services.

Process to Connect Webmail to Gmail:

How to Configure Domain Email in Gmail?
