
How to Connect to VPS via VNC?

In this article, we will describe the step-by-step procedure, on how to log in to your VPS terminal using VNC from the client area.
This method of accessing your VPS terminal via VNC will help you in case of an emergency, like a Firewall blocking your IP, facing a time-out request, or being unable to access VPS via SSH connection, and an incomplete application installation reason.

- Get your VPS control panel login details, which are sent to your hosting details email from SeekaHost
Methods to Connect to VPS via VNC:
1. Connect to VPS via VNC
2. Connect through VNC Direct Login.
1. Connect to VPS via VNC
Step 1: Login to your client area.
Step 2: Click “Services” Section
Step 3: Click the “Manage button near the VPS Hosting package.
Step 4: Scroll down and you will see the block “VPS information”. Click the “Connect to the VPS via the VNC” icon from there.
Step 5: This will open a new pop-up screen, Then, click “Launch HTML 5 VNC Client” button to launch noVNC terminal.
Step 6: In the popup Terminal window, enter your SSH login credentials and click enter.
To end the VPS, simply close the VNC Tab.
2. Connect through VNC Direct Login.
Step 1: To access VNC Directly without logging into the client area, load the below VNC login URL and enter your email address with a password to log in.
VNC login URL: 51.91.220.27:4083 (or) 51.91.220.27:4082
Step 2: You will see a list of VPS servers. Here, click the Settings” icon near the VPS server name right arrow as shown in the below screenshot.
Step 3: Now, click the “connect to the VPS via VNC” icon on top.
Step 4: In the popup window, click the “Launch VNC” button.
Step 5: The terminal will open in a new window. Enter the SSH login Credentials manually to log in. Copying and pasting the details will not work in this window.
To end the VPS, simply close the VNC tab or the window.
